Following the advice of his dying father, Hal dates only women who are physically beautiful. He is shallow, his life is empty, but he seems to be happy. One day he runs into self-help guru Tony Robbins, who hypnotizes him. From that day Hal only sees the inner beauty of women. Soon he meets grossly obese Rosemary and falls in love with her. His friend Mauricio can’t understand what happened to Hal and tries to save him. He finally finds the way to make him see what Rosemary really looks like.

Simple story finding the inner beauty in people this time made in original way, with great help from special effects and heavy makeup (it’s a figure of speech) it actually works. They cast was somehow questionable (especially Jack Black as main character), but it is quite entertaining, have few good laughs and few touching moments. Good way to kill some time.
