Sexmission (1983, Poland)
In 1991 two men, Max and Albert, are hibernated as part of ground breaking scientific experiment. The plan is to bring them back to life after 3 years, but while they sleep a nuclear war breaks out, and they are brought back after 50 years. In year 2044 world is ruled by women, but this is not the end of surprises for Max and Albert - they wake up in the world inhabitated entirely by women, because radiation during nuclear war led to the extinction of all men. The entire community is locked deep under ground due to radiation that is still present on the surface. So Max and Albert are the last survivors of the male gender. They can not understand the world in which they are are determined to escape.
Very clever script, well filmed with very good set of actors. Many of the scenes and dialogues became catchphrases in Poland. Lots of good humor and funny situations made this a top class comedy.
