Holly lives in New York, she has no money, so lives at the expense of her admirers. Aspiring writer Paul moves in to the building she lives in. Similarly as Holly, he makes living being kept by rich women. Holly is charming and begins to gather Paul’s attention. It turns out that Holly has a cat with no name, on weekly basis she is visiting a gangster serving a sentence in prison, and when she falls into a depression she goes to Tiffany’s jewelry store, where, as she says, she has the best time. But her current behavior is a result of the difficult experiences from the past. The two became closer and soon they begin to fall for each other. But will they both opt out of the current lifestyle?

The film received two Oscars for Mancini music score and the song "Moon River," which became a hit, and also several nominations in other categories. In this film there is no quick action, it is a story about people seeking a right place in life, all presented in a light and charming style. Very good acting, directing and screenplay based on the novel by Truman Capote. The film with a unique charm.
